The first truffle sauce produced, the most ancient and traditional recipe of our entire line of sauces. It consists of summer black truffle, champignon mushrooms, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, salt and aromas. It is indicated as a base for all dishes based on truffles, such as bruschetta, omelettes, pasta dishes or pizzas. Also ideal for seasoning cutlets or roastbeef.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Black olives, salt, flavoring, aromatic herbs.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened, store in the fridge covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume in a short time.

Among the various fruits of our area, Cantiano black cherry is undoubtedly one of the most famous and representative. It comes from wild trees and various fruits such as sour cherries, blackberries and cherries. The company Morello Austera produces its products using traditional processing methods typical of the territory and, in the case of black cherry, Its preparation takes place according to the lines of an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation and whose success dates back to the early twentieth century.

The black cherry of Cantiano is great for garnishing desserts and tarts, but its combination is also perfect with a fresh ice cream with milk.

The truffle slices can also be used to prepare a delicious and delicious omelette, just put a few slices of truffle in a pan with eggs and then cook everything together. The sliced summer black truffle can also be combined with our truffle oil or truffle butter to season the pasta giving it a new flavor, or over a fillet in addition to the truffle lard creating incredibile new dishes.

A classic of Italian cuisine based on truffle pasta that for a proper tasting we recommend cooking in plenty of salted water and not to mix in the first minutes, so as not to break the pasta and enjoy the best of our strangozzi with truffles.

Ingredients: durum weat semolina, minced summer truffle[summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), water, salt, aroma], porcini mushroom.

Storage: 3 years from the date of production at room temperature. Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature.

The refined dark chocolate of Modica (IGP – Protected Geographical Indication) goes well with the truffle of Acqualagna. The truffle chocolates is an excellent combination that delights all palates, even the most demanding. The truffle will leave you with a pleasant, delicate and persistent taste in the mouth, without however prevailing over the chocolate. The chocolates are perfect after a meal or as an accompaniment to coffee, bitters or fine liqueurs.

The blister contains 145 g net of truffle chocolates: 6 white chocolate pralines and 6 black dark chocolate pralines; the filling is always in Modica dark chocolate.
