After the white truffle, superior black truffle is the most prized. It is widespread in Italy, Spain and France. Its scent is pleasantly intense, aromatic and fruity. It expresses all its elegance once cooked but is also pleasant raw.

Fresh truffle storage: 8/12 days, in the refrigerator (vegetable department), wrapped with Scottex type kitchen paper (it is recommended to change it every day) and stored in an airtight container.

Use of truffle: it is recommended to wash the truffle at the time of its actual use; cut thin slices (with the appropriate slicer) over the hot plate and the heat will release all its flavor.

Butter is the basis of the best seasonings for truffles. Already to use, the seasoning based on butter and truffle can be used on every type of dishes, from croutons to meat, to give that scent and that unique aroma of truffle that will make you fall in love with new flavors. For pasta it can also be used as a single seasoning or as a basis for making tasty and delicious truffle sauces. Butter is also perfect for seasoning numerous meats such as roasts or roastbeef.

Ingredients: butter, “bianchetto” truffle (Tuber albidum Pico o Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, aroma.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production in the fridge; once opened store in the fridge and use in a short time.

The refined dark chocolate of Modica (IGP – Protected Geographical Indication) goes well with the truffle of Acqualagna. The truffle chocolates is an excellent combination that delights all palates, even the most demanding.

The truffle will leave you with a pleasant, delicate and persistent taste in the mouth, without however prevailing over the chocolate. The chocolates are perfect after a meal or as an accompaniment to coffee, bitters or fine liqueurs.

The blister contains 145 g net of truffle chocolates: 6 white chocolate pralines and 6 black dark chocolate pralines; the filling is always in Modica dark chocolate.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower), low-fat cocoa powder, 10% chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa powder) emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring, Modica chocolate 38% (mass cocoa 60%, sugar), black summer truffle (summer truffle – tuber aestivum Vitt. – 70%, extra virgin olive oil, aroma, salt) 2%, white truffle aroma, surface treated with dark chocolate (mass of cocoa, sugar) and white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring) and hazelnut grains.

Storage: 12 months from the date of production at room temperature.

One of the most iconic and representative wines of our territory known worldwide for its sweet flavors. The sour cherry wine is created by skilfully adding sour cherries and sugar to the red wine, creating a perfect combination of flavors that will enchant your taste buds. Intense ruby color, has an important hint of black cherry with notes of banana and spicy cocoa that remains dry on the palate but with a fine aftertaste of bitter almond. The company Morello Austera of Cantiano produces its products using traditional processing methods typical of the territory that leave the nutritional and taste properties unchanged.

This particular wine can be enjoyed with tarts, dry desserts, dark chocolate and blue cheeses served at a temperature of 8-10 ºC. It is also excellent as an aperitif served at a temperature of 4 ºC.
