The best Italian rice marries our truffle, to have a truffle risotto that will amaze you. The product is ready for cooking. For a perfect tasting it is advisable to dress with light sauces or better still with extra virgin olive oil or butter, a sprinkling of cheese of your choice at will.

Ingredients: carnaroli rice, dried summer truffle (Tuber eastivum Vitt.), aroma.

Storage: 2 years from the date of production at room temperature. Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature.

The perfect mix of cheeses and truffles to create a tasty and excellent cream. Only local cheeses, with a worldwide known DOP Casciotta d’Urbino. This fusion of cheeses, combined with our truffle, are a perfect sauce for pasta, especially for gnocchi or risotto. It is also excellent to make “crostini” or delicious appetizers.

Ingredients: milk, cheese, butter, “Pecorino” cheese, “Ricotta” cheese, “Casciotta d’Urbino” cheese, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), melting salt, sodium citrate, salt, aroma.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.

Cheese cream with truffle Fresh creamy cheese with sheep and cow’s milk. The cheese is great to prepare truffle crostini, a slice of cheese on top of the bread and put everything in the oven until the cheese is melted. You can also accompany the cheese with truffle honey to make delicious appetizers.

Ingredients: pasteurised cow milk, pasteurised sheep milk, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, rennet, selected ferments, flavourings. Edible rind. Free from preservatives.

Storage: 4 months from the date of production in the fridge.

Acacia honey with black summer truffle, a delicacy for the most demanding palates. It is excellent in combination with cheese, in fact its sweetness and its truffle aftertaste goes very well with cheese, especially if well aged. We also recommend accompanying honey with Colonnata lard or on a hot crouton, you will be delighted.

The refined dark chocolate of Modica (IGP – Protected Geographical Indication) goes well with the truffle of Acqualagna. An excellent combination that delights all palates, even the most demanding. We have decided to surprise you with special effects and we have produced the best TRUFFLE PRALINES, a production of high-quality pastry, all artisanal !!!

The truffle will leave you with a pleasant, delicate and persistent taste in the mouth, without however prevailing over the chocolate. The chocolates are perfect after a meal or as an accompaniment to coffee, bitters or fine liqueurs.

The blister contains 145 g net of truffle chocolate: 6 white chocolate pralines and 6 black dark chocolate pralines; the filling is always in Modica dark chocolate.

One of the most characteristic and beloved products of our territory. The Visciola is very similar to a wild cherry that is often used within the Marche region for various artisanal and homemade productions in order to create tasty and tasty jams, fruit in syrup and sour cherry wine. In the area of Cantiano, the visciolo (prunus cerasus, Austera variety) grows wild and the company Morello Austera makes its products using traditional methods of processing typical of the territory that leave unchanged the nutritional and taste properties of this fruit. The extra sour cherry jam is perfect for the preparation of tarts and in combination with various types of cheese. The slightly sour taste of these small wild cherries goes perfectly with the shortcrust pastry.
