Our SILVER TRUFFLEBOX has been designed for a comfortable aperitif with friends, for a tasting or for a cheerful family picnic: you can taste the freshest truffle-based products.

- 1 acacia honey with truffle of 120 ml
Acacia honey with black summer truffle, a delicacy for the most demanding palates. It is excellent in combination with cheeses, in fact its sweetness and its truffle aftertaste go very well with cheeses, especially if well seasoned. We also recommend accompanying the honey with Colonnata lard or on a hot crouton, you will be delighted.
Ingredients: acacia honey, dried summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt), flavoring.
Storage: 3 years from the date of production at room temperature.
- 1 cheese “caciotta” with black summer truffle of approx. 200 gr
Fresh creamy cheese with sheep’s and cow’s milk. The cheese is excellent for preparing truffle croutons, a slice of cheese on top of the bread and put everything in the oven until the cheese is melted. You can also accompany the cheese with truffle honey to make delicious appetizers.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, pasteurized sheep’s milk, summer truffle (tuber aestivum Vitt.), Salt, rennet, selected ferments, flavorings. Edible rind.
Storage: 4 months from packaging; keep in the fridge.
- 1 salami with black summer truffle of approx. 250 gr
Truffle salami. Typical product of our area, made with pork and black truffle. Made according to tradition, with an unmistakable flavor. Excellent for focaccia or sandwiches, it can also be cut into slices or diced to make delicious aperitifs.
Ingredients: pork, salt, skimmed milk powder, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Dextrose, sucrose, spices, flavorings. Inedible casing.
Weight: approx. 250 gr
Storage: 6 months from packaging; keep in the fridge.
- 3 sausages with black summer truffle of approx. 350 gr
Truffle sausages made with pork and black summer truffle. It is an artisanal product and a traditional recipe. Once dried, they are put into vacuum-packed packs of 3 sausages. The weight is about 300 gr. You can serve them as an appetizer finely sliced or cut into cubes, they are excellent to accompany with mature or soft cheeses or on hot bread croutons; also excellent for filling sandwiches and focaccias.
Ingredients: pork, salt, minced summer truffle, sugars: dextrose, sucrose, flavorings and spices, antioxidant. Gluten free. Lactose-free

- 1 slice of ham seasoned 18 months from about 1.8 kg (processed in the traditional way with salt and pepper)
Boneless ham produced in Mercatello del Metauro; coming from mestizo pigs raised in the wild

- 1 truffle sauce of 180 gr
The first truffle sauce produced, the oldest and most traditional recipe of our entire line of sauces. The truffle sauce consists of black summer truffle, champignon mushrooms, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, salt and flavorings. It is recommended as a base for all truffle-based dishes, such as bruschetta, omelettes, pasta dishes or pizzas. Also ideal for dressing escalopes or roast beef.
Ingredients: champignon mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Black olives, salt, flavoring, aromatic herbs.
Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened, store in the fridge covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume in a short time.
- 1 package of monococcus spelled croutons of about 200 gr
“Prometeo” Spelled Crostini; Weight: 300 gr; Stone ground spelled flour 87% extra virgin olive oil natural yeast (mother yeast produced with spelled flour) sea salt. Storage: 6 months from packaging; Keep in a cold and dry place
- 1 Cantiano black cherry da 335 gr;
Among the various fruits of our area, Cantiano black cherry is undoubtedly one of the most famous and representative. It comes from wild trees and various fruits such as sour cherries, blackberries and cherries. The company Morello Austera produces its products using traditional processing methods typical of the territory and, in the case of black cherry, Its preparation takes place according to the lines of an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation and whose success dates back to the early twentieth century. The black cherry of Cantiano is great for garnishing desserts and tarts, but its combination is also perfect with a fresh ice cream with milk.
Ingredients: sour cherry, sugar, sour cherry juice, agar agar, tare gum, almond oil, citrus peel, spices.
