Cured ham from Metauro

The cured ham of Metauro comes from a land rich in tradition that distinguishes its valley for the processing of some products, including ham. This slice of ham has been aged for 18 months and has been processed according to the most ancient rules of the traditional, that is with salt and pepper.

Produced in Mercatello del Metauro, its meat comes from pigs bred in the wild. A riot of flavors that make the cured ham Metauro perfect in combination with the Marche crostolo or with the casciotta of Urbino.

Weight: about 1.8 kg

Ingredients: fresh pork meat, salt, black pepper, garlic.

Storage: 6 months from packaging; store in cool and dry place
