Spelled croutons

The spelled croutons are a precious ally in the kitchen to give life to tasty dishes and delicious appetizers. A light and fragrant local organic product rich in fiber, mineral salts and vitamins.

A good alternative to bread, with a little oil or together with cheese (like our version with truffles) or cold cuts (like our ciauscolo) and other foods, able to unleash all your imagination.

Ingredients: wholemeal stone-ground organic spelt flour, cold-extracted organic extra virgin olive oil, organic natural yeast (mother yeast produced with spelt flour), organic barley malt and sea salt.

Storage: to be kept in a cool and dry place, not exposed to the sun’s rays; to be consumed by the date indicated inside the product.
