Butter and truffle dressing

Ready to use, the seasoning based on butter and truffle can be used on every type of dishes, from croutons to meat, to give your dishes the delicious and unmistakable scent and aroma typical of the precious hypogeal mushroom. Thanks to its versatility, for pasta it can also be used as a single seasoning or as a basis for making tasty and delicious truffle sauces. Butter is also perfect for seasoning numerous meats such as roasts or roastbeef.

For other delicious condiments we recommend other seasoning such as salt with black truffle, butter sauce with parmesan and white truffle and our fresh butter and truffle dressing.

Ingredients: butter, “bianchetto” truffle (Tuber albidum Pico o Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, aroma.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production in the fridge; once opened store in the fridge and use in a short time.
