It consists of summer black truffle, champignon mushrooms, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, salt and aromas. It is indicated as a base for all dishes based on truffles, such as bruschetta, omelettes, pasta dishes or pizzas. Also ideal for seasoning cutlets or roastbeef.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Black olives, salt, flavoring, aromatic herbs.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened, store in the fridge covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume in a short time.

The sauce with cream, parmesan and truffle, known in the past as “La Reale”, is perfect for seasoning pasta or for making scallops. Easy to use, just heat the product in a pan (you can add some cooking water or broth) and sauté the pasta once cooked. To make cutlets just add a few tablespoons of meat almost cooked. The cream, parmesan and truffle sauce, known in the past as Salsa Reale, is also great for making delicious bruschetta.

Ingredients: cream, broth, butter, flour, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt. o Tuber albidum Pico),  cheese Parmesan, salt, aroma.
