Polenta with truffle (gourmet)
Polenta with corn flour and summer black truffle. The truffle polenta is instant, then ready in minutes.
How to use: salt and bring to a boil about 2 liters of water, remove the water from the heat and slowly pour the polenta mixing carefully. Return to the heat and bring to a boil for a few moments. Depending on the consistency you want to give the polenta you can add or remove water (for a softer consistency we recommend 1 lt of water every 250 gr of polenta). For a perfect tasting we recommend seasoning with extra virgin olive oil or truffle butter, or with one of our truffle sauces based on cheeses such as cheese cream with truffle, truffle fondue or even the “gustosa” truffle sauce. For a more delicate taste you can use “La Bianca” truffle sauce of Acqualagna.
For lovers of truffle polenta we also recommend the 220 g version.
