One of our best sellers, a delicate flavor that appeals to everyone, young and old. The cream cheese and truffle sauce is perfect for dressing pasta or for making cutlets. Easy to use, just heat the product in a pan (you can add some cooking water or broth) and sauté the pasta once cooked. To make cutlets just add a few tablespoons of meat almost cooked. The sauce is also great for making delicious bruschetta. You can also combine it with our bianchetto truffle, ideal to complete a delicious pasta dish.

Ingredients: cream, broth, butter, 00 type wheat flour, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt. o Tuber albidum Pico), cheese Parmesan, salt, aroma.

Storage: 3 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.
