La Bianca truffle sauce of Acqualagna

It is used as a condiment for all truffle dishes, is the typical sauce of truffle croutons, is used as a base for pasta with fresh truffle and also to make tasty scallops.

La Bianca truffle sauce of Acqualagna can be simply used as a base for fresh truffles, of any kind: superior white truffle, superior black truffle, black summer truffle, uncinatum black truffle, black winter brumale truffle. A pure product, without added flavors or preservatives.

Ingredients: vegetable broth, butter, flour, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), cheese Parmesan, salt.

Storage:4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.
