Dried porcini mushrooms crumb
The “crumb” variant of our dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and its group) is composed of the porcini mushrooms of our lands cut into small pieces. From hazelnut color, they are dried to natural to best maintain the characteristics of the product, especially the peculiar intense aroma.
This variant is mainly used in preparations where the mushroom does not necessarily serve whole, such as sauces, meat sauce, creams, fillings as well as for risottos and sauces. Once rehydrated you will feel the scent and taste of the mushrooms as they are freshly picked. Before using them we recommend putting them in warm water for about 10 minutes, squeeze them and then heat them in a pan.

Storage: 12 months from the date of production; store in a cool and dry place.
