The truffle cheese cream is produced by using only local quality cheeses, with a PDO known worldwide, the Casciotta d’Urbino. This tasty fusion of cheeses, combined with our delicious truffle, are a perfect and versatile condiment for many types of pasta, especially for gnocchi or risotto. Thanks to its unmistakable flavor, it is also great for making fantastic croutons or appetizers.

Ingredients: milk, cheese, butter, “Pecorino” cheese, “Ricotta” cheese, “Casciotta d’Urbino” cheese, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), melting salt, sodium citrate, salt, aroma.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.
