The organic olives cream is prepared with the black olives of the Raggiola cultivars, Leccino and Frantoio that give it a delicate flavor but decided at the same time. It is excellent on croutons, to season pasta, hot or cold, to prepare snacks and canapés and generally to elaborate imaginative dishes.
