Among the egg pasta, the noodles of Campofilone are one of those with the narrowest cut. The width of the noodles is about 2-3 mm and have a flat section with a length similar to spaghetti. The product, suitable for 4 servings, is produced with durum wheat semolina and 100% Italian fresh eggs. Specifically, the pasta is slowly dried and worked with the ancient bronze die. Then it is combed by hand on the back of the knife and laid on the typical sheet of white paper.
A careful processing that allows you to preserve the taste of homemade pasta and that you can enjoy cooking it with many varieties of sauces such as our red sauce with truffle, truffle sauce and with truffle butter.
