Truffle sausages made with pork and fresh black summer truffle. It is an artisanal product made with a traditional recipe and flavors of our land. Once dried, the truffle sausages are put into vacuum packs of 3 sausages. The weight is about 350 grams. You can serve them as an appetizer finely sliced or cut into cubes, they are excellent to accompany with mature or soft cheeses or on warm bread. Truffle sausages are also excellent for filling sandwiches and “focaccia”.

Ingredients: pork meat, salt, minced black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), sugars: dextrose, sucrose, aromas and spices, antioxidants. Gluten free. Lactose-free.
Storage: 6 months from the date of production in the fridge.
