Black summer truffle organic cream

The organic black summer truffle is collected in our certified organic truffle, to create a perfect cream to season the first courses or for the preparation of bruschetta and sandwiches. To the cream of summer truffle bio, you have to add a little extra virgin olive oil (even better if you use our oil with organic truffle), minced garlic and anchovy paste, or simply to use as it is, just heat the product in the pan and add the pasta or spread in the bread. Also great for preparing a special omelet: 1 teaspoon of product each egg, beat everything together and cook in a pan. The organic truffle cream is also perfect with Campofilone fettuccine. The cream is prepared by grinding the truffle granularly, combining it with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and then is sterilized.
