Salt with black truffle

Sea salt 100% Italian with the addition of black summer truffle. It is great for flavoring meat, especially cut or grilled. Try it also to flavor tartare or potatoes. Success is assured!

For other delicious condiments we recommend the sauce made with butter and truffle dressing, the truffle and porcini powder and our fresh butter and truffle dressing.

Ingredients: fine sea salt 98%, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1% (originally about 4%), artificial flavour.

Average nutritional values for 100 g: Energy 12 kJ / 3 kcal, Fat < 0,5 g, of which saturates < 0,1 g, Carbohydrate < 0,5 g, of which sugars < 0,5 g, Fiber < 0,5 g, Protein < 0,5 g, Salt 62,4 g.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature. Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
