The artichoke, olive and truffle sauce is excellent for the preparation of croutons, both hot and cold. Known in the past as “la Sfiziosa”, this sauce is also ideal for flavoring boiled meats or to accompany bourguignonne. We also recommend trying it to season pasta. With its unique and characteristic flavour, this very unique and tasty sauce is the perfect match that will amaze you.

Ingredients: artichokes, green olives, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), aroma, salt.
