Truffle cheese

Cream cheese with sheep and cow’s milk. The cheese is great for preparing truffle croutons, a slice of cheese over the bread and put everything in the oven until the cheese is melted. You can also accompany the cheese with our truffle honey to make delicious appetizers.

Ingredients: cow’s MILK, sheep’s MILK, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, milk ferments, rennet, kid’s lipase, salt, flavourings. Treaty on the surface with: E235. Inedible crust.

Storage: 6 months from the date of production in the fridge.
