Made with fresh shoulder of Italian heavy pork, the truffle mortadella is designed for the most demanding and greedy palates.

Ingredients: pork (EU origin), pork tripe, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1.2%, sugar, spices, natural flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), flavourings. May contain traces of PISTACHIO.

Average nutritional values for 100 g: Energy 1245 kJ / 301 kcal, Fat 27 g, of which saturates 11 g, Carbohydrate < 0,5 g, of which sugars < 0,5 g, Fiber 0 g, Protein 14 g, Salt 2,4 g.

Storage: 4 months from the date of production; store in a cool and dry place.
