Truffle mayonnaise

Truffle mayonnaise is the novelty of this summer, a delicate summer black truffle cream that is well suited to mixing, spreading or enjoying alone.

An extremely versatile sauce, to try on croutons, French fries or boiled, pizza, grilled vegetables, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, or as an dipping sauce for grilled meat or fish. Our truffle mayonnaise is also excellent in combination with our truffle chips.

Ingredients: sunflower seed oil, water, pasteurized eggs, lemon juice, salt, dried summer truffle powder (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), aromas.

Storage: 18 months from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge.
