Penne Rigate semi-integrated bio

Penne Rigate semi-integrated is a traditional pasta made with raw materials of the highest quality, coming from Italian Marche, more precisely in Isola del Piano. At the base of its production there is a grain Gaziella Ra – ancient Khorasan for a unique and special pasta. The product has been made according to the strictest rules of tradition through slow drying and drawn to bronze.

Penne Rigate semi-integrated is a transversal organic pasta capable of exalting even the most demanding palates. Perfect with pesti, fresh homemade sauces or even white with parmesan and extra virgin olive oil.

The agricultural cooperative Gino Girolomoni wins the Eu Organic Awards in Brussels for the production of quality and sustainable organic pasta, confirming the excellence of the agricultural and productive model of the cooperative. We recommend trying them in combination with our sauces, such as green pesto with truffle, truffle sauce, or sauce with cream, parmesan and truffle.
