Carbonara with truffle
An italian great classic such as “carbonara” is combined with the Acqualagna truffle and here is an extraordinary sauce: the carbonara with truffle. The superior black truffle together with egg, bacon and “pecorino romano” cheese (as tradition dictates) are the main ingredients of this delicious sauce. It is an excellent sauce for seasoning pasta, you only need to heat the sauce in a pan and skip the cooked pasta.

Ingredients: CREAM 38%, MILK, superior black truffle juice 10%, bacon, EGG yolk 7%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP CHEESE, sunflower oil, porck cheek 3,5%, corn starch, Pecorino Romano DOP CHEESE, superior black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 1,5%, moscato truffle (Tuber brumale var. moschatum De Ferry) 1,5%, salt, flavourings, black pepper.
Average nutritional values for 100 g: Energy 1312 kJ / 318 kcal, Fat 31 g, of which saturates 15 g, Carbohydrate 4,2 g, of which sugars 1,4 g, Fiber 0 g, Protein 5,5 g, Salt 1,4 g.
Storage: 24 months from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.
