Sliced white truffle

The most precious truffle, the white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), sliced with oil and salt, ready to delight your palates.

We recommend to heat butter or olive oil in a pan, add the slices and finally sauté the pasta. You can also try the sliced white truffle over the egg (either fried or poached), just put a few slices of white truffle over the egg just cooked. Its slices can also be combined with our truffle oil or truffle butter to season pasta.

In addition to the white truffle, you can also find our black summer truffle and bianchetto truffle.

Storage: 4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.
