Truffle bubbles

The Truffle Bubbles are a soft and tasty truffle seasoning with white wine vinegar and summer black truffle (small flakes of truffle inside the product). Our Bubbles with truffles are a delicious ally that turn out all of your dishes. It is very tasty on risottos and first courses and it is also excellent on fish and seafood. Our Truffle Bubbles are delicious on mature cheeses and perfect on raw meats (such as tartare) and roasts.

Ingredients: truffle dressing [concentrated must of white grapes, white wine vinegar, black summer truffle (Tuber asetivum Vitt.) 1%, white truffle aroma], water, thickener (cellulose gum), gelling agents (calcium chloride, sodium alginate), preservative (potassium sorbate). Contains SULFITIES.
