“Tagliatelle” pasta with truffle

Tagliatella is the queen of pasta for truffles. An egg pasta with black truffle, the tagliatelle with truffle are a product ready for cooking and, for a perfect tasting, it is recommended to season with light sauces or even better with extra virgin olive oil or butter, with a sprinkling of cheese. Tagliatelle with truffle can also be seasoned with our delicious and delicate truffle sauces. During cooking we recommend not to move the dough for the first 2 minutes so as not to break it.

For lovers of truffle pasta we also recommend our “strangozzi” with truffle.

Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 23%, minced summer truffle [summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1,7%, water, salt, flavourings] 3%. It may contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD and SQUID INK (mollusc)

Average nutritional values for 100 g: Energy 1592 kJ / 376 kcal, Fat 3,9 g, of which saturates 0,9 g, Carbohydrate 69,1 g, of which sugars 2,3 g, Fiber 3,1 g, Protein 14,6 g, Salt 0,11 g.

Storage: 3 years from the date of production at room temperature. Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
