Rice with truffle

Our rice with truffle is the perfect marriage between the best Italian rice and our truffle, to have a truffle risotto that will amaze you. The product is ready for cooking. For a perfect tasting of Rice with truffle is advisable to dress with light sauces or better still with extra virgin olive oil or butter, a sprinkling of cheese of your choice at will.

For lovers of truffle rice we also recommend the 220 g version.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 97%, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1,5%, artificial flavour. It may contain traces of CEREALS containing GLUTEN, DRIED FRUITS in shell, MILK, MILK-based products, EGGS, CELERY and products based on CELERY, SOY and derivatives.

Average nutritional values for 100 g: Energy 1356 kJ / 324 kcal, Fat 1,2 g, of which saturates 0,9 g, Carbohydrate 72 g, of which sugars < 0,5 g, Fiber 7,4 g, Protein 6,6 g, Salt 0,14 g.

Storage: 2 years from the date of production at room temperature. Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
