Green pesto with truffle

Ingredients: basil [basil semi-finished (basil, salt, olive oil, vinegar), extra virgin olive oil] 43,5%, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano CHEESE, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, pine nuts 3,2%, flavourings, acidity regulator: E330.

Average nutritional values for 100 g: Energy 2592 kJ / 629 kcal, Fat 65 g, of which saturates 10 g, Carbohydrate 4,6 g, of which sugars 0 g, Fiber 2,3 g, Protein 5,3 g, Salt 2,8 g.

Storage: 24 months from the date of production at room temperature; once opened store in the fridge, covered whit oil and use in a short time.
