The new book by Chef Roberto Dormicchi, alias Triglia Di Bosco, has been released, with many tasty recipes, which also include the use of our truffle.

It is not a simple cookbook, but the celebration of a territory, a vision, and a network of friends and professionals who believed in this beautiful project from the beginning.
