The cornelian cherry jam is one of the most curious products of our territory. The fruits of cornelian are bright red and fleshy, elongated like olives and often arranged in pairs, but their flavor is really to be discovered. To prevent the heat of the summer sun from ruining its properties, they are collected during the night and then begin a specific natural processing that encloses all their characteristics inside the jars.<\/p>\n

The cornelian cherry jam releases all its potential in breakfast by spreading it on a biscuit slice or combining it with a waffle of cereal and yogurt. It can also be used as a filling of cakes and tarts, or simply on a slice of bread as a snack for your children or as a dessert at the end of a meal.
