It\u2019s produced with only local cheeses, in particular with a PDO known all over the world, namely the Casciotta d&#8217;Urbino. This fusion of different cheeses, together with the delicious truffle of our land, are a perfect condiment that is widely used for pasta, especially for gnocchi or risotto.
