An organic sauce of cream, cheese and truffle perfect for seasoning first courses or for the preparation of bruschetta, or simply to use as it is, just heat the product in a pan (you can add a little cooking water or broth) and saut\u00e9 the pasta in a pan or spread in bread. Also great for preparing scallops, a quick and tasty main course, just cook the meat in a pan and before finishing cooking put a few tablespoons of sauce. You can also combine it with our bianchetto truffle,<\/a> ideal to complete a delicious pasta dish.<\/p>\n
