The sauce with cream, parmesan and truffle, known in the past as \u201cLa Reale\u201d, is perfect for seasoning pasta or for making scallops. Easy to use, just heat the product in a pan (you can add some cooking water or broth) and saut\u00e9 the pasta once cooked. To make cutlets just add a few tablespoons of meat almost cooked.
