The truffle polenta is instant, then ready in minutes.<\/p>\n<p>How to use: salt and bring to a boil about 2 liters of water, remove the water from the heat and slowly pour the polenta mixing carefully. Return to the heat and bring to a boil for a few moments. Depending on the consistency you want to give the polenta you can add or remove water (for a softer consistency we recommend 1 lt of water every 250 gr of polenta).
